1. Don't combine "pre-order" and "in stock" items
If your order consists of multiple items with status "pre-order" and "in stock", please take notice that we generally ship all in one parcel, until the last pre-ordered item arrived in our storage. If you want to have part-delivery, we charge you shipping costs for it.
So we're suggesting not to combine "pre-order" and "in stock" items.
The payment should take place contemporary after the placed order. So it's secured to execute orders immediately after its arrival.
Of course it's also possible to pay for an order once all items were listet with ,,in stock". At the latest we are going to remind you by e-mail, if there hasn't been any receipt of a payment yet.
3. Change in prices
If there's any decrease with your pre-ordered item before its release, of course we are going to give you a refund for the price difference.
Increase of prices aren't affected at all.
4. Release dates
The estimated delivery dates are given to us by the manufacturer/distributors. These aren't precise dates, but at most dates by month. Unfortunately release dates may be switching. Then we're trying to update our product page with the new date. If this didn't happen already, please feel free to contact us for any updated information.

We're taking out our supplied items from original covering boxes, like they've sent to us from the manufacturors or distributors. Due to often huge transport distances, the product packagings could have soft strains and stress marks. These aren't reasonable for customer complaint. Real damagings like fractures and separated blisters won't be send to our customers for sure. Painting
The most figures are painted manually or got such a finish. That's why variations in painting and coloring are normal and aren't reasonable for customer complaint at all.

The iarticles are sent to you by sturdy cardboard packagings, buffered with enough newsprint-papers. Cardboard strips are for space conditions. This has been approved over the time and resists normal to harder dispatch conditions.
The figures are sent to you by sturdy cardboard packagings. A sturdy cardboard strip is laid on the bottom, so that the product packagings are laid on a flat level. We're also placing cardboard strips vertically and horizontally between each product packaging. There's air buffers around the product packagings and also on the top, and finally covered with a cardboard strip. That resists also harder dispatch conditions.
